Whisper Rock Estates is a relaxed and inviting 800-acre private, guard-gated golf community with over 200 homesites that average a spacious 2+ acres in size. The distinctive neighborhood features timeless architecture, walking paths, a library, a three-acre park, fitness center, 24-hour guard-gated access and concierge services. Whisper Rock Golf Club provides its members with a pure golf environment. It is not a country club in the traditional sense, but a private members’ facility focused solely on providing players with the finest traditional golf experience possible. Club membership is limited to 580 golf memberships for the 36-hole facility and membership is based solely upon sponsorship and invitation, not tied to property ownership in any way. Very few homesites have a golf course views, but lush desert vegetation and superb distant views of The McDowell Mountains, Pinnacle Peak, Black Mountain and Tonto National Forest highlight the stunning beauty of this community.
