Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tracy attended Texas Tech University, heading west to North Scottsdale in 1992. “When I was growing up in Texas, my mom was a general contractor who designed and built luxury custom homes. I honestly grew up going to job sites, learning the ins and outs of luxury homebuilding and the great importance of understanding and meeting the clients’ expectations. During this time, I developed a passion for real estate and I knew early on that this was the profession I wanted to devote myself to as a life-long career. Helping my clients to achieve their dreams gives me great satisfaction and happiness because I know that I am helping to make a difference in their world and mine.”
Happily married for 18 years, one of Tracy’s greatest pleasures in life is spending quality time with her husband and two children. Tracy also enjoys yoga, family hiking and traveling.

Nicole moved to Arizona with a double bachelor degree and has been a Scottsdale resident for over 15 years. She specializes in luxury homes as well as re-sales of all types. Outside of her real estate business, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and 3 boys. She is an outdoor activist and enjoys hiking and biking with her family and friends. She is also a precinct committee woman for her district, and gets involved with giving back to our local community and participating in charity drives for the Child Crisis Center and Ryan’s Hope.
Mark Lindabury, GRI, ABR
Mark Lindabury has been a top-producing real estate agent for over a decade, with a focus on the luxury market in the Northeast Valley.
In particular, Mark is well versed in the homes and market conditions for the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. He currently is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of the Luxury Home Tour, a non-profit organization focusing on the luxury home market in the Phoenix-area. Actively involved in the organization, Mark sits on four of its committees.
Moving to the Valley in 2005, Mark transitioned into the real estate profession from a 27-year career as an executive in the corporate world. Previously, Mark held senior level positions in both marketing and operations in the multi-billion dollar gaming industry. He has worked with affluent high net worth clientele throughout his career.
This experience was carried over to his real estate profession where he has won multiple awards for his luxury residential niche, including: Rookie of the Year, Multi-Million Dollar Producer and Russ Lyon’s President’s Club. Mark also holds National Association of REALTORS® certificates, including “At Home with Diversity” and Relocation Specialist, as well as Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). He studied engineering at Rutgers University and grew up in New Jersey.
Passionate about supporting the community and causes close to his heart – in addition to the Luxury Home Tour – Mark is involved in the Women’s Breast Cancer Society, American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity and the GIVE Foundation. Mark is also a proud dad of three daughters and four grandchildren, of which two are fraternal twins. While an avid traveler, Mark is also active around town hiking, boating, swimming and practicing Bikram yoga.
